At Nova Smart, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day period from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and refund for your purchase without providing an explanation.
Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return and refund, it must be in the same condition in which you received it. This includes:
The device must be in its original condition, without damage or modifications.
All accessories and components must be returned with the product.
The original packaging and any documentation accompanying the product must also be included in the return package.

Refund

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective or there has been an error in the order. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of misuse or damage that was not present at the time of receipt. In addition, personalized products or those that have been modified are not eligible for return.
